Four feet of clearance is quite a bit, but there is one configuration that I found that might work.
Since you have a 2020 Ford F-350 Super Duty, you probably have a 3" receiver. With this, you can add the TorkLift Cannon Hitch Extension, part # TLE1636. This will extend 36" out. On the B&W # BWRVK3370 Companion 5th Wheel Hitch, the distance from the rear puck connector to the back edge of the hitch is 7-1/2" and I have attached a graphic illustrating this. In your truck bed, go to the rear puck mounts and from the center of one of those measure backwards towards the cab 7-1/2" and then you can see how much space is left for an auxiliary gas tank.

If you are talking about the small opening on the outside and inside of the Orifice Connector # T1209800 then those measure 0.0010" and 0.0865" respectfully. I went out to the warehouse and measured them with the digital caliper.

We have a 2-1/4 inch lift kit with part # RR23QX that would work great on your trailer to give it an additional 2-1/4 inches of lift. You might be able to raise the pin box in the frame it attaches to on your trailer to lower the nose as well. As long as you can maintain at least 6 inches of clearance there while the trailer is level you'd be good. I have a different option, but the Brophy Hitch Reducer and Extender # HR26 with the Trailer Hitch Receiver Mounted Forged Tow Eye # TR63045 is not designed to be used to adapt your Blue Ox Ascent tow bar to a pintle hook, and as such I do not recommend doing so as it will would void your tow bar warranty, and not be very stable.

Sliding hitches and sidewinder pin boxes will move the pivot point back allowing you more turning clearance. Depending on the sliding hitch you choose you can get 8" - 14" of movement to push the pivot point back while a sidewinder will move the pivot point back 22". Currently the max weight capacity of a sidewinder pin box is 20,000lbs so if you're going over 20,000lbs loading up your trailer then a sidewinder would not work for you.

I recommend the # EQ64FR Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System w/ 4-Point Sway Control. This has a tongue weight rating of 1,200-1,600 lbs and gross towing weight of 16,000 lbs. It has a 2-1/2" shank so it will fit the receiver opening on your # 325-GH-1723 Gen-Y Adjustable 2-Ball Mount.
Ideally you want your actual tongue weight to fall toward the middle of the range of the weight distribution system you use. At 1,300 lbs this will work well for your setup.

There are under bed installation kits available for the 2017 Ford F-350 even if Reese hasn't released one just yet (4/4/2017). I recommend the Demco kit # DM8551009. For a hitch it will depend on if you have a short or long bed.
